Thank you so much for making a purchase! After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Shopify, and then another email from Teachable containing your log in information and link to create your account. Once you log in, you will see your purchased items/courses there and can access all of the purchased content.
after my purchase, how do I download new content?
Any purchases made must be downloaded and viewed by the purchaser only. We do not allow for sharing, distributing, or reproduction of any kind.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Due to the nature of the items being in downloadable form, we have no way of tracking whether the purchased items have been downloaded and saved onto a device. how will I be able to access my files?
No, you do not need to purchase any software or programs as all of the documents can be edited for free using Canva or Google Sheets (for the Package and Profit Calculator). All you need to do is create a free Canva account!
