can i share my purchased content with others?
do you offer refunds?
Thank you so much for making a purchase! After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Shopify, and then another email from Teachable containing your log in information and link to create your account. Once you log in, you will see your purchased items/courses there and can access all of the purchased content.
after my purchase, how do I download new content?
Any purchases made must be downloaded and viewed by the purchaser only. We do not allow for sharing, distributing, or reproduction of any kind.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Due to the nature of the items being in downloadable form, we have no way of tracking whether the purchased items have been downloaded and saved onto a device. what if there are issues with my purchase?
how will I be able to access my files?
No, you do not need to purchase any software or programs as all of the documents can be edited for free using Canva or Google Sheets (for the Package and Profit Calculator). All you need to do is create a free Canva account!
do i have to purchase any additional programs?
If there are any issues with receiving your Teachable log in or accessing your files in Teachable, please email us at Info@leboudoirstudio.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
All files and courses are hosted on Teachable.com. You will be receiving an email from Teachable with your log in information. Once you create an account, you will be able to access all of your purchased files/courses.
