Any person who is sharing their passion with their world feels a tab bit self conscious when opening themselves up that way. It’s only natural to hope that your work is good enough and that people will appreciate and value it. Yes, even our Jodi gets self conscious about her work; although she is so appreciative of any compliment she gets (which is like all the time…DUH ;)) she is very humble and every client means something to her. This is what makes Jodi so special and wonderful at what she does because she actually cares about each and every client and takes pride in each and every newborn, family, maternity or senior picture she takes.

It’s no wonder that when another photographer Kate Lane asked Jodi to do her maternity photography shoot, Jodi was more than eager and more than flattered! Kate Lane is an amazing photographer herself so Jodi knew that she must have some trust and respect for Jodi to hire her for this special shoot.

This was not just any shoot though! It was an outdoor maternity shoot in the middle of the Arizona summer…but how on earth could they survive you wonder?! Well, Jodi is game for anything to make your shoot happen! Kate Lane arrived at Le Boudoir Studio at 3:00AM, yes A-M, for hair and makeup. The shoot began at sunrise at 5:30AM and how awesome was this morning shoot?
